The Premier League have decided not to sanction Liverpool over their 'tapping up' of Southampton defender van Dijk, according to The Telegraph.
The Saints sent in a formal request for the authority to investigate Liverpool's actions during their approach of the Dutchman.
The Reds were prepared to pay £60m for van Dijk, until Southampton became angry with a number of articles claiming that the 25-year old wanted to play under Jurgen Klopp at Anfield.
Southampton haven't withdrawn their complaint, but their failure to provide any more evidence has deemed the case resolved by the Premier League.
