Premier League rivals are monitoring James Milner's contract situation at Manchester City.
The Daily Star Sunday says he is out of contract next summer when he could leave for nothing.
That means City would accept a £5million offer for a player they value at £15m.
Everton, Arsenal and Liverpool will all be interested in Milner, 28.
He will see how many starts he makes for City before deciding whether to sign a new deal.
