Liverpool, Arsenal told to forget about Keisuke Honda

Liverpool and Arsenal have been told to forget about CSKA Moscow star Keisuke Honda.

Honda is just making a return from knee surgery and hopes to be back in action in the near future.

But CSKA Moscow coach Leonid Slutsky insists his star midfielder is not going anywhere in January and remains a vital part of their long-term plans.

Slutsky said: "The boy is focused in making a full recovery from his injury. I can assure you that he will be here with us. It is not in our plans to sell him at this stage."
