Liverpool and Arsenal are chasing Barcelona winger Cristian Tello.
The Daily Star says the 21-year-old's talks over a new deal at the Nou Camp have broken down again, alerting the interest of Premier League sides.
Tello is out of contract at the end of this season, meaning that he is free to negotiate a free transfer to other clubs in January.
