Paris Saint-Germain centre back Mamadou Sakho will only move to the Premier League for big money.
The Daily Mail says Arsenal and Liverpool could be priced out of a bid for Sakho after a £20m price tag was put on his head.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has long monitored the France defender while Liverpool's Damien Comolli is also a big admirer.
Both Comolli and Reds boss Kenny Dalglish have made personal checks on Sakho in recent weeks.
