Liverpool and Derby County are finalising a deal for Andre Wisdom.

The Liverpool Echo says they've confirmed they have reached an agreement for the permanent sale of defender Wisdom.

The move will now go through subject to a medical and personal terms being agreed.

It is understood the fee involved is around £2m, rising to up to £4.5m if achievable targets are met.

The Wisdom deal is similar in structure to that used when Tiago Ilori made the switch to Reading.

Wisdom spent last season on loan at Red Bull Salzburg, where he won the league and cup double.
