Liverpool are already inviting offers for Raul Meireles.
The Liverpool Daily Post says Meireles could find his days at Anfield numbered with suggestions he has been placed on the transfer list.
It is believed Meireles accepted a relatively low wage upon his arrival from Porto last summer, such was his desire to play in the Premier League, but should he perform well in his first season then those terms would be reviewed and the 28-year-old would be rewarded with an improved deal.
Despite five goals and 32 league appearances, it has been claimed the player and Liverpool have not been able to find common ground on a fresh contract and Meireles has now been put up for sale with Juventus immediately linked as potential suitors.
