Liverpool crock Lucas Leiva has returned to Brazil to continue his rehab from knee injury.

Lucas received permission from Liverpool to continue his recovery at home and touched down yesterday accompanied by a club physiotherapist.

"The club allowed me to continue treatment in Brazil and it will be good to have the opportunity to be a little closer to my family and friends," said Lucas.
