Liverpool ace Fernando Torres believes Manchester City will be the big new threat next season.
He told
"Man City are putting together a strong team with good signings. Manchester United have yet to sign players with the money they received from the sale of Ronaldo, but he will be sorely missed along with Carlos Tevez. We will have to wait and see which players they bring in."
