Liverpool striker Luis Suarez admits he's upset over the guilty finding from the FA today.
Suarez faces an eight match ban for racially abusing Manchester United fullback Patrice Evra.
He tweeted: "Today is a very difficult and painful day for both me and my family. Thanks for all the support, I'll keep working!"
