Liverpool ace Luis Suarez clashed with angry Tottenham players at the end of yesterday's 3-2 win.The Sun says the Uruguayan, who scored one and won the match-winning penalty, was confronted by Scott Parker straight after the final whistle.
Tottenham's England midfielder then appeared to be grabbed by the throat by Kop keeper Brad Jones - while Mousa Dembele and Daniel Agger also got involved in the scuffle at the end of the Reds' 3-2 win.
Kop hero Suarez said: "This can happen when you have an angry match where there is contact and speaking.
"But everything is on the pitch and now forgotten."
Ref Michael Oliver managed to break up the melee and did not take action against any of the players involved."
