Liverpool ace Steven Gerrard accepts next year's World Cup is his last chance of glory with England.

Gerrard revealed Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney is also getting anxious about his chances of winning a trophy.

Gerrard, who will be 33 in May, said: "The likes of me, Ashley Cole, Frank Lampard, Rio Ferdinand, and even Wayne - who is getting on a bit now - all sense time is moving on.

"And we still want to achieve something with England."
