Liverpool ace Steven Gerrard admits he wants to enter management when he hangs up his boots. Gerrard hopes to one day follow in the footsteps of manager Roy Hodgson.
He said: "Of course you think about it. I'm going to do my coaching badges after my England days are finished and we'll see where it goes.
"I have always said I will only be a coach or a manager if I feel I am good enough.
"I don't think you do it because you've been a decent player. That's a mistake a lot of footballers have made.
"You get your badges first but it doesn't mean that you will be able to manage."
