Liverpool midfielder Charlie Adam admits he still has close ties to Rangers.

Adam faces his old club in a glamour friendly this week.

He told liverpoolfc.tv: "I still have some people there I know. Obviously my brother Grant is there (with Rangers U19s) so that helps. I do keep a look out for their results but my main concern now is Liverpool. I want to do as well as I can for this club and try and win trophies and be successful."
