Former Juventus coach Marcello Lippi has dismissed calls for national team training camps.
Italy coach Antonio Conte has fallen out with clubs over his demands.
But Lippi says: "The question of the training camps is the last of all problems.
"Nobody has them, not Spain, nor Germany. Conte is used to working with his players on the pitch, but in the end we're only talking about two days per year.
"There are greater problems, like finishing the championship a little earlier so that the European Championship tournament can be prepared for properly, but that seems to have been addressed."
