Italy coach Marcello Lippi has heaped praise on former club Juventus for the way they've turned their season around.

After Juve's 4-1 victory over Genoa on Thursday night, Lippi said: "Juve have immense grit, determination, unity and there is a unique mentality at that club.

"This is why they always manage to get out of any difficult situation and yesterday they again showed what they are made of."

He added: "There is an air that you breathe at Juventus that simply doesn't exist anywhere else."
