Marcello Lippi believes the pressure is getting to Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini.

Mancini gave Milan fans the middle finger during the derby defeat this week.

Former Italy coach Lippi said: "The gesture of Roberto Mancini? He is a little nervous lately, it's true.

"But he is not to blame: the great pressures also gets to those who have great experience."

Inter are now battling to maintain their top four status after a string of poor results.
