Marcello Lippi is convinced he'll never land the AC Milan job - and that Carlo Ancelotti will remain in charge next season.

"Milan is a family, you get that feeling from looking on from the outside. And the best person to lead this team is Carlo Ancelotti," said Lippi.

"Milan won't let him leave and he will not leave Milan."
