Sporting Braga striker Roland Linz admits he's ready for a move.

Middlesbrough are chasing the Austria international, who said: "I know that some foreign clubs are watching my matches. I am happy because I want to help Braga and to prepare for the European Championships.

"Those are my dream now, but an exit in the summer? It is possible if an interesting offer arrives for all concerned.

"I have friends in England and the Premier League is a spectacle."

One such friend is fellow Austrian Emanuel Pogatetz, whose presence at the Riverside, and current status as captain, would strengthen Boro's hand should they pursue their interest.
