Gary Lineker criticised Arsenal after they were hammered 5-1 by Bayern Munich on Wednesday night.

Arsene Wenger's Gunners conceded four goals in the second half of their Champions League Round of 16 first leg at the Allianz Arena, prompting the following comments from BT Sport host Lineker.

"Arsenal have completely disintegrated," said the ex-Tottenham Hotspur ace.

"An utter shambles and rudderless."

Thiago Alcantara scored twice, while Arjen Robben, Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Muller were all on target as Alexis Sanchez scored a 30th-minute equaliser for Arsenal.
