Lindegaard tight-lipped regarding Man Utd future

Anders Lindegaard was remaining coy on his future when quizzed on Danish TV.

The 29-year old Danish goalkeeper played for the first time with the Red Devils this season when keeping a clean sheet in the 4-0 win at Newcastle United on the weekend.

Lindegaard, who plays second fiddle to David De Gea at Old Trafford, would love to play regularly at first team level but preferred not to discuss his pans going forward.

"It was nice to get the opportunity to play for the first time in almost half of a year." Lindegaard told TV3.

"It has been a long time between outings, you can do the maths yourself.

"I am like David and I would like to play in every match. I haven't done that this season.

"But when that is said, I am happy to get the chance to play. You always want to play, but that [my future] is not something I want to discuss with you now."
