Manchester United goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard felt their form slump was always going to happen.
Lindegaard insists even under Sir Alex Ferguson, the current form lapse was always coming.
"Many players now have so much responsibility that they have just needed to stop and breathe but it is not possible at a club like Manchester United.
"No matter who the coach is, this time would have to come.
"I believe we shall get on an even keel and United will blossom again.
"I cannot imagine that United will not be a top club and top brand in the future."
