Despite frustrations this season. Anders Lindegaard is proud to be a Manchester United player.
The Dane has lost his first team place to David De Gea over the course of the campaign.
He said: "It's already been a long season and, with a little bit of thinking back, you remember the times when people were thinking that United were leaking goals on another level.
"But we've done the best the club has ever done at this stage of the season. I think it paints a pretty good picture.
"I do think it is very difficult for Manchester United to exceed what is expected of us - we're expected to win every tournament we participate in, every game and not just to do it, but to do it in style.
"We're doing well and we do as we should do.
"My pride on joining United was massive. United has been a lifelong dream for me, since I was a small boy.
"I always watched Peter Schmeichel, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Eric Cantona and all the big stars on TV, so it was a life-long dream come true to join the club."
