Lille are waiting on Villarreal to make a decision over midfielder Rio Mavuba.

The France international joined Lille on-loan in January and has expressed an ambition to remain in France next term.

However, with a Champions League campaign to prepare for, Villarreal are weighing up recalling Mavuba for next season.
