West Ham United midfielder Joe Cole is being linked with a return to Lille.

Cole has confirmed he expects to leave in the summer when his Hammers deal expires.

The former England international spent the 2011-12 season on loan to Ligue 1 side Lille, helping the club to a third-placed finish.

He won three Premier League titles and three FA Cups during a seven-year spell at Chelsea.
