L'Equipe suggests that Lille could sell midfielder Florian Thauvin to Newcastle United.
The 20-year old only joined Les Dogues in January but was immediately loaned to former club Bastia for six months after arriving at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy.
The report says that Lille are prepared to offload Thauvin this summer but will not sell to another French club with Marseille believed to be significantly interested.
It has been proposed that Thauvin could leave Lille for no less than £8.5million (10m) and could quite possible make his way to Newcastle before the end of August.
