New Lille coach Marcelo Bielsa is chasing Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo.
The Mirror says Bielsa, who has taken over at the Ligue 1 side, worked with the player during his time as Chile boss between 2007 and 2011.
He would like to take the former Barcelona stopper, who cost City £15.4million last summer, on loan.
Bravo has said he is prepared to fight Ederson for the No 1 spot, but he would struggle to dislodge the Brazilian because City think so highly of their new man.
The Chilean has struggled badly in England.
