Lille chief Jean-Michel Vandamme says it will take €40 million to sign Eden Hazard.

Vandamme has ruled out selling the Belgian this month, but accepts he's likely to go in the summer.

He told Calciomercato.com: "I think a player like Hazard is easily worth at least €40 million."

Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham scouts all were posted to see Hazard in action before Christmas against PSG.
