Lille boss Garcia: I want to keep Liverpool's Cole here

Lille coach Rudi Garcia admits he's keen to hold onto on-loan Liverpool midfielder Joe Cole.

Cole has been a revelation since joining Lille in August and is already a firm fans' favourite.

"Of course I would love to keep Joe Cole at the club for next season," smiled Garcia. "He's not just talent, but a man of many qualities.

"He shares the same values as the people of Lille and Northern France. He is humble, honest and straightforward, despite his amazing CV."
