New Southampton chairman Katharina Liebherr insists none of the club's top players will be sold this month.

Libeherr has issued a hands-off warning to any potential suitors for the likes of Adam Lallana and Luke Shaw.

"The club has no plans to sell any of the squad during the January transfer window," she said in a statement.

"The manager and the team have my full support."
