Juventus defender Stephan Lichtsteiner says they shocked Real Madrid last night.

Juventus beat Real Madrid 2-1 in the first-leg of their Champions League semifinal.

"I thought we had a great game, especially when defending. It's always tough against Real Madrid, but I don't think they are accustomed to playing against such an organised side as us," the right-back told Sky Sport Italia.

"It was very tough down that flank against Ronaldo, Isco and Marcelo, so we can only be happy to have won 2-1!

"They created very little and we can be happy with both the performance and the result."
