Swansea City forward Ryan Hedges has joined Leyton Orient.

Orient have signed teenage striker Hedges on a one-month loan deal.

The 19-year-old is yet to make his first-team debut for the Premier League club, but has featured regularly for their Under-21 side this season.

Hedges, who can play on either wing or up front, is Orient's third signing of the January transfer window.
