Bournemouth midfielder Lewis Cook says the players are happy manager Eddie Howe didn't take the England job.
Cook admits the Bournemouth players are relieved the FA did not come calling.
Midfielder Cook, a £10m buy from Leeds, said: “It is always good to see your gaffer getting linked with stuff like that, it's a great compliment.
“He has had a great few seasons at Bournemouth and brought them all the way up. I like his style and he likes young players and likes to mould them.
“He was a big factor in me coming here.
“As players you put speculation at the back of your minds but we can just focus on the season ahead now. It is a relief."
