Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski has played down comparisons with Manchester United star Wayne Rooney.
Lewandowski has been linked with a £35million move to Manchester United.
Ahead of Poland's clash with England, he said: "It's not Rooney against Lewandowski. He will fight against Polish defenders, I will fight against English defenders. If someone would ask me if I'm a worse player than Rooney I would say he is definitely more experienced than me even if he is only three years older.
"And I would stop it there. I'm not here to do comparisons. Fans and experts will have an opportunity to do this on Tuesday. I will go out there to win - not only with Rooney but with the whole team."
