Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has set aside €60 million to spend on three major signings this summer.

Isvestia says Levy, who has been a regular visitor to Ukraine over the past 18 months, has identified Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Henrikh Mkhitarya as one of his targets.

Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen is also on his shopping list, along with Sevilla striker Alvaro Negredo.

Interestingly, all three players have declared an ambition to move to England this summer in recent days.
