Tottenham face a battle to sign permanently on-loan Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor.
The Daily Mail says Tottenham are struggling to finance a move to sign Adebayor permanently - despite offering the striker a deal worth in-excess of £6million a year.
Tottenham have held discussions with Adebayor over a four-year deal worth a basic £100,000-per-week - a sum that would make the former Arsenal man the club's highest earner.
But Levy will also offer Adebayor a £4million signing on fee - plus a myriad of bonuses.
