Garra Dembele's minders have in touch with Blackburn Rovers.
The Daily Mail says Rovers have been offered Levski Sofia's prolific striker Dembele.
The Frenchman, 24, has scored 26 goals in 26 games this season and is available for £3 million.
West Ham and Everton have also been sounded out over a possible move for Dembele.
