Levski Sofia striker Garra Dembele is eager to move to England.
The Frenchman is interesting Chievo Verona of Italy and expected to leave the Bulgarian league this month.
But TMW says the 24 year-old is holding out in the hope of earning a move to England.
Scottish giants Celtic are keen, but Dembele is hoping Birmingham City, Wigan Athletic and Blackburn Rovers follow up on their initial enquiries.
