Australia national team coach Ange Postecoglou has recalled a trio of overseas-based players for this month's 2018 World Cup qualifiers.
The Socceroos take on Tajikistan and Jordan in Adelaide and Sydney respectively and Postecoglou will have the likes of Robbie Kruse, Mitch Langerak and Matthew Spiranovic back at hid disposal.
Bayer Leverkusen winger Kruse, Stuttgart goalkeeper Langerak and Hangzhou Greentown defender Spiranovic missed the wins over Kyrgyzstan and Bangladesh last November and are now back in the reckoning for the March fixtures.
Joining them in the squad are uncapped youngsters Jason Geria, Alex Gerbasch, and Apostolos Giannou along with promising youngsters Brad Smith, Chris Ikonomidis and Terry Antonis.
Postecoglou said of his squad: "It's great to be able to bring experienced players like Robbie Kruse, Mitch Langerak and Matthew Spiranovic back into the squad after missing recent matches but it is equally exciting to see how a fresh crop of young players can fit into how we train and what we are trying to achieve.
"We've worked hard on creating depth over the last two years and we now have a very solid and experienced spine to this team but we must also continually give players an opportunity if we want to make an impact on the world stage.
"We are faced with two very important World Cup Qualifiers against Tajikistan in Adelaide and then Jordan in Sydney.
"We have seen throughout the qualifiers that these teams offer unique challenges and this will be no different."
Australia hosts Tajikistan at the Adelaide Oval on March 24 before taking on Jordan at the Allianz Stadium in Sydney five days later.
The Socceroos sit top of Group B with wins and a loss form their six matches which sees them two points clear of second-placed Jordan and four ahead of Kyrgyzstan in third.
