Levein urges calm as Dundee Utd move to third

Dundee United moved into third-place after their 2-0 victory over St Mirren.

United boss Craig Levein, however, insists there's no reason to get carried away just yet: "It is difficult until you have done the first round of games to look at the situation and say where you are in the overall strength of the league, because we still have the Old Firm, Hearts away, Motherwell and Gretna to play.

"The league position might change between now and the first round of games ending, so I will be quite happy to answer questions on our league position once we have completed 11 games."
