Levante president Pedro Villarroel has handed a vote of confidence to coach Abel Resino after last night's defeat at Osasuna.

"Abel always has had the confidence of the board, he is here and is the trainer who we support," said Villarroel. "It is necessary to give him room and confidence."

Levante's 4-1 defeat in Pamplona has left them adrift at the bottom of the table.
