Levante have sacked coach Abel Resino after their 3-0 defeat at Real Zaragoza yesterday.

Sitting rock bottom of the Primera Liga, Levante announced Resino's dismissal on their website last night, thanking him for "his effort, dedication and professionalism in his months of work for this organization".

Paco Flores, along with several Italian coaches, are in the frame to succeed Resino.
