Levante vice-president Miguel Angel Ruiz was held back by security staff after clashing with angry fans at the end of last night's 4-1 thrashing by Barcelona.
Marca says a number of angry fans sought confrontation with Ruiz and other directors at the end of the game outside an executive box and the Levante chief didn't back down.
Security staff stepped in as the incident threatened to boil over. After the defeat, Levante are bottom of the Liga with just one point.
