Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott fears for his future at the Etihad.

The defender, 30, was stunned when Roberto Mancini dropped him from the squad for Sunday's goalless draw at Chelsea, says the Daily Star. Mancini decided to have Kolo Toure on the bench and Lescott now wants urgent talks over his long-term future at the Etihad Stadium.

Lescott will not look to leave the champions in January, but will reconsider his future in the summer if his ­situation fails to improve.
