Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott is keen on a move to London.

The People says Tottenham and Chelsea have joined the race for Manchester City and England defender Lescott.

Lescott can leave Eastlands after failing to tie down a regular place. Everton are interested in the player they sold to City for £24million only last year. But Brummie Lescott fancies a move to London, although City are not keen on selling to potential title rivals.
