Manchester City ace Leroy Sane is having an impressive debut season in the Premier League, and he credits manager Pep Guardiola for his recent performances.
Guardiola convinced the 21-year-old to join City from Schalke in the summer and promised to make him a better player.
Sane claims that the Spaniard has lived up to his promise thus far.
"He has improved me in all areas," said Sane.
"It is a lot of fun to work with him. He expects a lot from me but that helps every single player move forward. It's more about doing my thing well in training and that intensity, he is trying to get the best out of us, and sometimes that doesn't happen, but the main thing is to keep on trying.
"When I signed, he said he wanted to improve me tactically, and work on my weaknesses. I can safely say that up to now he's done everything he said he would."
