Inter Milan boss Leonardo is delighted with their capture of Japanese fullback Yuto Nagatomo.
The left-sided defender arrives on-loan from Cesena.
Leonardo said: "Japan has grown a lot on a footballing level. I played there 17 years ago and in this period I have followed Japanese football and its growth.
"Nagatomo comes into a great team and it's a pleasure to train him. This signing on Inter's part can also be seen as a recognition for Japanese football."
