Former PSG chief Leonardo admits they tried everything to sign Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo. Speaking with Telefoot, Leonardo confirmed Ronaldo was on PSG's shopping list.
"We thought about signing Cristiano Ronaldo. We did everything we could to get him, to convince him to leave Real Madrid and play for PSG, but he didn't want to, it proved impossible. He told us that Paris Saint-Germain had a great team but that he preferred to stay at Real Madrid," said Leonardo.
