Napoli's move for Genoa striker Leonardo Pavoletti has stalled.

Napoli had scheduled a medical for yesterday morning, but it fell through.

There's concern the deal is nearing collapse, despite the two clubs having agreed terms over a transfer fee.

The stumbling block is coming from Pavoletti's camp, where there is a disagreement with Napoli over image rights.

With Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis a notoriously stubborn negotiator, there's real fears that Pavoletti has just cocked up his dream move.
