Leonardi insists no Udinese sales

Udinese sports chief Pietro Leonardi has warned clubs off their star players.

"Nobody is leaving in January," he declared on Radio Incontro.

"Nobody has asked for Obodo. The player is recovering from an injury and will be important for the rest of the campaign.

"We have such belief in Christian and the fact that we renewed his contract when he was out of action shows our faith.

"There have been no offers, but if there had been we would have refused them anyway.

"Chimenti is also very important for us on the pitch and in the dressing room. He has competed with Samir Handanovic for a place and he has started to become a first choice.

"This team is showing that it is a complete unit and so we don't want to change it."
